Koko-Jean and The Tonics present in Bilbao their brand new debut album “Shaken & Stirred”, in which they perform an attractive mixture of soul, blues and rock and roll wrapped in the musical aura of New Orleans.

Afro-Catalan vocalist Koko-Jean Davis (formerly of The Excitements) is a veritable hurricane on stage and is magnificently accompanied by “The Tonics”, a trio made up of prestigious musicians from the Barcelona music scene such as Dani Baraldés “Patillas” (Mambo Jambo Arkestra, Rulo y la Contrasbanda, Jarabe de Palo) on guitar, Victor Puertas (Suitcase Brothers, Big Mama Montse, Vermut Time) on Hammond and harmonica, and Anton Jarl (Mambo Jambo Arkestra, Rambalaya, Flamingo Tours) on drums. Koko-Jean and The Tonics promise a high-intensity show that will raise the temperature at the Bilbao Blues Festival.
