As a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and recent inductee into the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame, Skyler Saufley (Virginia, 1995) is not your typical blues artist, and his career can be considered unique. Specialising in jump, swing and West Coast-style blues, Saufley boasts impeccable stage presence and an astonishing ability to infect his shows with energy. His live concerts are imbued with a mixture of electrifying blues and boogie-woogie.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the audience enjoys themselves, we play better, and when we play better, that energy flows both ways throughout the night, and that, for me, is like a drug. Playing on stage for people who love what you do makes me love what I do even more<\/em>\u201d, he admits.<\/p>\n
