Urgent, desperate, tense.<\/p>\n Fantastic Negrito burst onto the national radar by winning NPR’s inaugural Tiny Desk<\/strong> contest in 2015, and has since won Grammys with his three albums:“The Last Days of Oakland”<\/strong> (2017), “Please Don’t Be Dead”<\/strong> (2019) and <\/strong>“Have You Lost Your Mind Yet?”<\/strong>(2021), which features collaborations with fellow Tiny Desk winner Tank (Tank and the Bangas) and Bay Area legend E-40.
