Considered part of the female &#8220;triumvirate&#8221; of the genre alongside Bonnie Raitt and Susan Tedeschi, her business card includes performances with B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Jeff Beck and Joe Bonamassa, and a host of Blues Music Award nominations. This year, without going any further, she has been nominated for Best Blues Rock Artist and Best Blues Rock Album with &#8220;Power&#8221;, her ninth solo album, full of blues-rock, soft-jazz and even pop nuances.
